Replace existing guttering

We are looking to replace our old metal guttering with Marley PVC spouting .We have a small 3 bedroom house. We would like 2 quotes, 1 to remove the old spouting prep and paint the board underneath then put up new spouting. The other quote would be just to put up new spouting assuming we would do the prep work ourselves. Thanks.
