Repair/replace flashing around breather pipe
Job description
Leak into ceiling cavity coming from toilet breather pipe on roof (second story). Has caused decay and damage to ceiling gib board in large hall cupboard which needs to be replaced (total area about 0.5 to 1.0 square metres). Pipe flashing on roof needs to be replaced. Damaged gib cut out and replaced (stopping and painting not required).

Prompt contact, site visit and quoting. Work was done as per spec and they kindly cleaned skylights while on the roof. Can recommend.
