Down pipe replacement
Job description
To replace a down pipe that is leaking due to rusted holes. Also require assessment of the existing aluminium gutters to determine If they can be straightened to improve the fall of water toward the down pipes. This is a multi-unit block of flats with individual owners, and the guttering is continuous around the entire building.
