Removal & disposal of old iron roof on Villa. Removal & disposal of downpipes & spouting - replace with continuous. One small gully in roof only (at front gable). Top of roof is flat (we built up into roof) which is butynol covered with only small area of repair due to slight change in place of woodburner flue/chimney, sides are steep. Verandahs to be included. Exterior painting to be done, so scaffolding for roofer/painter to be worked in together at times. At this stage, job is required to be started in approx. 3-4 weeks.
