Replacing sheet iron roof with Butynol
Job description
The work comprises the removal of old flat sheet iron roof (approx 3.5m2) and replacing it with Butynol membrane on plywood sarking, including associated removal of plastic spouting above and below, new upstand galvanised steel flashings along upper edges, refitting existing upper plastic spouting and fitting new lower-edge plastic spouting (from Marley Classic materials supplied by Owner). Roof is approx 3.6 m above ground.

Frustration at delays in scheduling the work caused me to cancel it at one stage. However decided to give them one last chance. Work was then scheduled and completed.
