Repair concrete tile roof

~ --- s ex-state house requires repointing of the ridge tiles and cleaning of tile surfaces, and possibly other maintenance. We are not wanting the tiles to be coated, sealed or painted. The house plan has the main rectangle hipped, and a small gable end projection forms an L shape. A clear corrugate roof over a deck is set below the main roof and affects ladder access to the internal corner. Otherwise access is straightforward.
