I have 2x double storey townhouses built in the 1970’s that need to be reroofed due to leaks. The existing roof on the house is lightweight aluminium corrugated with zinc flashings. Both the roof and flashings need to be replaced with similar materials and insulation to a minimum R3.6 value needs to be installed while the roof is off. The guttering is cast Instu concrete. The existing carport is a tray deck. Both the roof and guttering need to be replaced on this.
