Guttering repair

I've attached 2 images. The guttering in this corner area does not drain fully to the nearest down pipe. The guttering is steel, not plastic. In heavy rain these overflow. The fascia board is in average condition and needs replacing. Refalling of this area required, and the fascia boards replaced. I do not want an extra downpipe. I have had the guttering professionally cleaned and told it was in good condition.
