Locate and fix property leakage

I notice that during raining days there were water walking down from the rangehood ventilation ducting area. I first thought it was the wind blowback but after I block the ducting the water still came through. So I took down the rangehood and found out that the water came from inside the wall as I can see the wood is a bit wet inside the wall. Not sure exactly where the leakage because there is no damage around that area externally. I suspect it came from the roof.
