We are a main contractor for Fletcher EQR. This house needs the following repairs and we are seeking interest from these trades: Brickwork - Remove & relay loose brickwork 18 sqM. Remove and relay loose sill bricks 20 l/m. Grind out and repoint brick mortar 15 l/m. Roofing - Repoint and paint 40l/m of ridge and hip capping. Realign 8 sqM of roof tiles. Interior Decorating - 4 bedrooms, office, lounge, Kitchen/Dining, laundry, Ensuite, Bathroom and Walk in Wardrobe and Hallway. To strip lining paper,to rehang and paint including rake out of cracks and new plaster.
