Chimney removal & reinstatement of roof
Job description
Top section of internal chimney (not in use) fell in quake & took out maybe 100 concrete tiles on way to ground. Not all tiles smashed but many were. Some battens damaged too. Rest of house pretty good. Have tarp. over hole but need fixed asap so tenants can move back in. house in Shirley. Covered by EQC

Not sure re costs as emergency EQC work but they were on the job immediately with tempy weatherproofing/ chimney removal until repacement tiles available. Great communication from Peter. Very good job in difficult circs. Would certainly use again.
