Repair to gutters (inside parapets 2 sides of commercial building- approx 30cm wide 15cm square profile, approx 25 metres long each side), and re-line with roof/gutter lining product where required. First need corrugated aluminum roof trimmed back 10 to 15cm as last time roof replaced was installed too low into gutter. Also need smaller 50m2 roof section painted with roof sealant & topcoat if can be done at same time. (Main roof material in very good condition). Cherry picker will be made available for access to roof.
