We need a roofer to carry out a full roof inspection on a property in Lyttelton, prepare a report with photographs, and estimate for work. The inspection and report needs to cover the following: 1. Check for earthquake damage 2. Identify any earthquake damage, document with photos and write a report on the damage 3. Propose a repair strategy for any earthquake damage, and quote for work 4. Plus we need you to identify any maintenance issues with the roof 5. Propose a repair strategy for the maintenance issues and quote for work. This quote needs to be separate from the earthquake damage section of the report. It’s likely that the inspection will need to carried out on a Saturday, as the house is currently a building site undergoing earthquake repairs. We would like this inspection and report to be carried out as soon as possible.
