Garage tin roof replacement

I have a garage that is in dire need of a new roof. The total area is about 40 sq. m, shared between 2 garages (mine and the neighbour's) with a common concrete block wall. Ideally I'd like to just have mine done (difficult neighbour) but will pay to have the complete roof done if this is not possible. The roof is low pitch, so I'd like the corrugated iron replaced by iron that has a profile suited to this. Building paper and wire mesh would also be good.
