We have two leaks. 1 Where the conservatory meets the house, it leaks in heavy weather along the highlighted joint. This has been a constant issue since we have owned the house. 2 Under extremely heavy weather, we have had some water inside the living room ceiling I suspect that the single box gutter running the length of the roof may be overflowing somehow and is insuffient for the volume of water. There is only one 120mm down pipe at the other end of the house. Any advise, inspection, plan of attack would be welcome.

Within a few minutes Alban was able to locate the source of the leak that we had been chasing for a few years. His team were able to put a fix in place over multiple visits over the course of a week. We have now had several heavy downpours and have not had any further sign of water ingress. Communications were great, the pricing was good and the we had the team on the job within a few days of accepting the quote. Well done Alban and team.
