Gutter repairs

The gutter on the south side of our house became blocked without our knowledge and has rusted out some of the gutter on just that side. It has caused the downpipes on the corner of the house to drop and part of the gutter has become detached fro m the house. The tiles near the down pipe have also slid down a bit and someone pushed the back into place for us but they need to be properly secured. I am in my 70's so am not able to climb a ladder and get photos. Sorry
