One of the bedroom ceiling is slightly soft to the touch. This end of the house has a flat roof (skillion type). The roof is metal sheets and is quite old, so it might need a patch repair.

Michael & Marlize were very efficient to deal with from the quoting right up to completion including providing me with photos and a break down of what was done when queried. I'm very impressed and would certainly use them again.
