Small leak, internal gutter repairs, and butynol assessment

Small single story house, good access. Three issues as per image: 3- I felt a small drip on my head when I was in the roof recently so repairing where that came from. It ran down the paper so I couldn’t see exactly where it came from.. 2 - assessment as to whether I need to redo the butynol section of roof, may be 2x3m approx 1 - fixing up an internal gutter section of roof, where there’s an edge rather than a plastic gutter as per the rest of the house. I’m not confident it’s water tight as I saw some mould on the interior of the roof.
