Old Deck Repair/Renovate
Job description
My deck 5.4mx3.8m which sits on two steel frames from our house and rests on to the next door property's roof, covers a shared car port. It leaks as the original concrete slabs which covers the deck is cracked and broken. There is a steel (pipe) frame on and around the deck and covered by plastic roofing materials. I want to repair it so it stops leaking and re-build a safe and secured fencing on and around the deck using the existing steel frame. I am open to suggestions.

This trades person abandon my project and lied to me and went underground. My job is uncompleted as I await permit from Council. He took 2/3 of the quote and did a runner when Council stopped the work. He said he will attend to that but never did. He is a good builder but a lousy person. Not to be trusted ever again.
