Job description
We need our roof checked. We had a minor leak through the bathroom light fixture during Cyclone Gabriel. A builder has detected slightly higher moisture levels in the bathroom ceiling, and has quoted our insurance company for removal and repair of part of the ceiling around the light fixture, including replacing insulation etc. They could see no problem with the roof and suggested there may have been tile ‘chatter’ during the extreme weather that allowed a little water in. We need a report for the insurance company to ensure there are no problems and repairs needed to the roof, before they will go ahead and repair the bathroom ceiling. So, we need a report on the state of the roof, so, with no repairs needed on the actual roof, we can go ahead and get the bathroom light fitting/ceiling replaced, or we can know if there is any damage/leak to the roof that needs fixing.

Adam is a very nice guy. He was clear with work that needed doing, did the work when he said he would, and was very helpful with my insurance claim. I would definitely use Adam again.
