I have a 1940s cottage with a tile roof that needs some maintenance, including cleaning, cleaning the spouting and potential repairs/renewal of spouting and down pipes. House is 87m2 and I'm not sure when the roof was last checked. Roof looks to be original tile, not looking to replace it just yet. Also looking to seal unused chimney to prevent draughts.
