Hi there, As a consequence of yesterday storm and after checking our roof cavity we noticed a leak and a small crack in the ceiling under the roof cavity. The intention of this job is to have a look as soon as possible (from inside the roof cavity) or outside from the driveway and provide a quote to fix it. I'm adding two pictures to give a general idea of what are the problems, I circled in red the key areas. - one picture is attached that shows the leak area looking from inside the roof cavity ( around 1 meter, but mostly in a smaller space) - We also have the ceiling crack showed in the other picture and that is in the ceiling below the roof cavity, more or less 1 meter away of the leak, the crack is less than 20cm diameter and it is exactly below a vertical pole, similar to the one showed in the first picture. Maybe these are not related, but we would like the roof checked and advise about the the work that is needed + provide a quote. I have no idea of the cost of the work so putting $500 as indicative. After the storm passes we can look at the quotes and the way forward. Thank you
