We have a leak being caused by a faulty internal gutter in our building in Grey Lynn. This is starting to cause water damage in the 4m high ceiling as shown. Looking to get the leak treated and ceiling damage repaired. Please see photos. We have a large internal roof space so access isn't too difficult.
