Fix leaking roof

Hi there, We are looking for someone to have a look and identify the leak on our roof. It is a 1 level house, have access directly to the roof from outside of the house. On heavy rainy days, we noticed there is some dropping noise. Leaking areas can be seen from inside as the ceiling colour changed slightly. Surface of the roof has been painted by previous owner so couldn't really tell. Thanks,
