Roof iron sheet repair/replacement

Hello, Looking for someone who can replace a roof iron sheet on a pitched roof. I have 3.6m mobile scaffolding onsite but might need a hook on ladder as well given how steep the roof is. Essentially a sheet of iron has been popped underneath a penetration but clearly not a great long-term solution so looking for someone to get it sorted properly so we don't get moisture behind it. See attached a photo which includes a builders report explanation of the issue.

Awesome company. Micheal does a great job and a great price. We have a very steep pitch roof which needed a repair due to a redundant penetration. Micheal checked it out, quickly suggested a great cost effective solution for this problem- adding a cover plate from top to bottom. Looks great, he completed it efficiently and kindly went beyond setting up and taking down mobile scaff we had onsite. Will definitely be coming to Micheal for any future roofing needs and highly recommend him.
