Roof inspection

We have a small two bed flat and our tenants have reported mould on the ceiling in certain areas - around the edges and by the centre light. This is new and has never been an issue before, and so we are wondering if the roof is leaking and water is getting in and tracking to the edges. It's hard to tell, but the roof may be the original one from the 1960s when the property was built. We seeking a roofer to do a roof inspection to confirm and then quote on any repairs needed.
