Chimney leaking
Job description
Hi there, sometimes when it rains, drops of water come down the chimney (now redundant) and with the water there are often bits of clay/mortar. Do I need a chimney cap? Please help - I'd really like to get this job done asap if possible. Thanks

Very quick to respond initially with a quote, then quick to complete work. However, after a week or two it became apparent that the chimney was still leaking quite bad and the repair done had not been successful whatsoever. Despite numerous messages for them to return to investigate and remedy I had no further contact from Mac Property Services. Gutted. Now need to get another company out to repair it and will end up paying twice.
