We have a roof that has been poorly installed from about ten years ago and moisture is now building up on the underside of the roof underlay and dripping down to the batts. The insulation was laid across the rafters rather than between and is touching the underlay as the purlins are not deep. There is no ceiling space to get in and remedy it. We need a quote to lift the roof (about 60m2, mono-pitch, trough profile) and check the rafters etc, probably replace the purlins & underlay because they are both wet and fit new insualtion. We're hoping to keep the existing roof and just re-lay because it is zincalume (only painted for the first time this summer) and only about ten years old.
