Decramastic roof recoating
Job description
150 sqm footprint house with low pitch decramastic roof. Original coating is deteriorating and needs respraying. Would like to know ballpark estimate to recoat and replace some ridge flashings if needed.

Bjorn has done a fantastic job on recoating our roof. He made contact promptly and provided a very competitive quote. We chose Bjorn to restore and repaint our roof primarily because we wanted to deal with the person who would be doing the work, not just with someone that would be quoting the job for someone else to do the work. He was happy to take the time to explain everything he was going to do, what materials he’d use and how long it’d take.

"My paint supplier (Dulux) had an inappropriate coverage logged against the colour chosen. This in spite of me checking with them beforehand. It caused a little delay , initial extra purchase , but after a meeting w/ Auckl. area manageress,30L were given by Dulux . (16 square meters /L quoted, and on pail (I expected 9-11 , this colour) , actual was 6sq.m./L. Very good clients."
