In the rain last night we had enough of a backlog in our gutters to have water come down through the roof. It's happened before when our gutters backed up. I'm wanting someone to access our roof (two stories) and clear the gutter above the point of water entry, but if it's found the gutters across the roof are clogged I'd ask you to do the whole thing (for obviously more money). I've included a photo of the best access point for the roof.
