Roofing Repairs
Job description
Have a small roof in Grafton in city. Has a leak near/just below flashing. Potentially the whole flashing may need replacing. Also moisture is getting into the block walls presumably thru either the chase cuts or below them where wall meets roof. Would like to be undertaken in next 2-3 week timeframe.

Only reason couldn't give full marks to schedule was due to Covid lockdowns....hardly anyones fault. Overall service was great and so far job appears excellent (guess with roof repairs the real test is if it leaks again in XX time though). Phil's common sense approach was the best and most refreshing part. More than one contractors suggesting replacing the whole roof just to keep there turnover up!! Phil however went thru and gave sensible alternatives that addressed the problem ay hand.
