Decramastic Roof Tile

We have some water getting into our soffit. Our insurance came out and measured moisture levels around the soffit, and it looks like it is concentrated in one area. Initially, we thought it was spouting causing the issue, but now we think it is something more. The tiles are Decramastic, and so they bend under pressure. Ours look alright, but I noticed a few nails popping out a little and some in odd places.
