Job description
Just noticed a small leak coming through internally into one of our rooms coming through the roof. Not sure if it’s just a simple repair job or full replacement.

Incredibly professional and communicative. Came out and did a site visit. Instructed me on the basic steps to fix myself. Subsequently, had to go back to the team, and was scheduled in to be visited again, but the side of the roof was too wet to walk on the morning of the appointment. I know Richard had an injury that needed looking at, but found another roofer in the meantime to complete the work before the next lot of rain came down. Hard to judge workmanship having moved to another tradie.
