unblock internal guttering for retail shop
Job description
unblock internal guttering for front section of roof and canopy for retail shop dominion rd. Background, in heavy rain front left hand corner ( from outside looking in) of shop has a leak inside, tenants will advise where they put the bucket. We have had roof inspected and gutterboxes from the top are clear. We have attempted to unblock the gutterbox immediately underneath the canopy at the front, but limited access for hands as less than 50mm clearance. we did get water to flow out the gutter pipe at the curb. But it too needs a clean as it had about 75 mm of silt build up stopping the flow. Not sure whether this is the sole culprit or another separate downpipe in the wall is also blocked. As there are two pipes from the corner of the building to the curb. Ideally we'd like a person experienced with unblocking internal guttering. It has been suggested a water blast down the pipes, if so we'd want someone who's successfully done many of these, and wont cause any unnecessary damage. Happy to provide further information if required.
