Firstly my address is Parau/Waitakere City NOT AVONDALE. If that's not too far to travel please continue to read. There is a small leak comming through my toilet ceiling. Potential leak causes identified are: 1] no stop ends under the ridge flashing. 2] some screws are not sealed. Needing someone to fix the above, assess the condition of the sheets under the ridge flashing and identify any other potential leak causes. Screws are an unusual type with a #2 Philips head.
