Job description
Heavy rain last night resulted in a roof leak. Source of leak identified on roof ridge line. Defect looks to be associated with poorly sealed fixings. Also looks like a poor DIY repair was done recently with silicone. Preference is for a cost effective solution that provides more longevity than silicone. Also hoping that job can be completed in one site visit given its low complexity. Although job needs to be completed soon, it’s not an emergency as I’m collecting leaking water in the attic. Property is a Bungalow, easy roof access. Photos inside and outside.

I would highly recommend Paul, I can’t fault anything. Identified the problem quickly and completed the work in the same site visit which was great. Job cost was good value too . Paul also provided sound advice on maintenance work to be undertaken in the future. Based on this experience, there’s a very good chance I’ll seek his expertise again.
