During heavy rain last night water has pooled in the ceiling by the chimney and is dripping through. I have been in the attic and see water running/dripping down the side of the chimney. Looks likely to be the flashing around the chimney being the problem as I couldn't see water coming from the underside of the iron. I assume possible flashing problem/replacement around the chimney but not sure. This is on a 1920's single level bungalow with a corrugated iron roof.
