Relatively small job. Guttering is leaking at a join and the water is subsequently dripping down the side of the weatherboard house. Join just needs to be repaired. Note a two story workers cottage house so will need a long ladder. The join can be seen about a third of the way along the guttering on the right hand side house in the attached photo.
