Renew guttering on whole house and repair damage at 2 ends of tile roof
Job description
This is an relist/expansion of a previous listed job at my rental property. There's water damage at two ends of the house where the 'concrete' filling has come away and allowed water to get in under the eaves as well as dirt and birds. (Birdsnest discovered) The tenant says there's been evidence of mould in one corner on the ceiling only of one bedroom but as she is an incredible housekeeper and cleaned it all it's hard to see the extent. The guttering on the house is metal but I would like it all replaced with plastic/polyurathane (?) not coloursteel. One downpipe was replaced a few years ago.

Jamie was the best. Kept me posted throughout sending me photos of other areas which needed attention. Completed work and extra at the same time and then sent photos of completed job. Communicated promptly, keeping me updated on days he could work given the continual rain!!
