We are after a quote for a roof replacement to hopefully fix a rainwater leak: For the last year, we’ve encountered a leak in the house - rainwater will make its way through the house into a cavity (or two), build up and expel through the ceiling of the ground floor in two different locations, through the lighting fixtures. Although we have yet to pinpoint where the leaks are coming from, we believe it is from the roof of the main bedroom on the second floor behind the balcony. Why? - Old steel roof, 20+ years, rusted - Evidence of build-up of moisture and residue on ceiling of second floor bedroom Note: Some tiles have recently been replaced, the balcony has been waterproofed and balcony cracks have been sealed. However this has not fixed the leak.
