Concrete tile roof in need of maintenance.

We have a concrete tile roof in need of cleaning and maintenance. It is a tall house, and we will have scaffolding up for house painting. We want to get the roof done at the same time. It is approx 11m x 11m total, staggered over a couple of levels (see photos), and has concrete tiles that need to be assessed, cleaned and treated. We know of at least one cracked tile that needs replacing. The concrete flashing is also coming away in places and needs to be fixed up. We have two skylights, and would like them assessed at the same time.
