Replace a flat tin roof (which is currently leaking along the flashing joint with the main tile roof (ex State house with extension to kitchen). The roofer who did a patch of a previous leak recommends replacement and the addition of a tilt to prevent surface water accumulating (see photo). The tile roof (see plan goes from front porch to kitchen porch and is 1.5m wide.
