Relaying flat roof surface / Replacing broken concrete tiles / Flashings
Job description
We are currently renovating the interior of our house and need: 1. our flat roof resurfaced (assuming scaffolding and shrink wrap required over this area) 2. Broken concrete tiles replaced on pitched roof 3. Flashings redone on flat roof area specific area The first row of the tiles needs to be removed so that the butynol (or whatever surface it's resurafced with) doesn't touch the tiles and lay the roof surface up under the second row and not replace the first row. Work can start immediately. We have builders onsite now also. Thanks Nick

This company and it's Director, Linton Kennedy, are a sham. The director took a $12,650 deposit from us on a Thursday and told he could start the Monday of the next week and that he needed the deposit to immediately place the order for the roofing. Two weeks later I rung the company he said he had ordered the roofing from and they did not have an order for my house. They have taken $12,650 from us as a deposit and have refused to give it back after we cancelled the contract.
