We would like our guttering fixed at the back of the house. Access: via a deck. You can use a short step ladder. Issue: The joint between white pvc panels has broken. It looks like it is caused by the fascia behind coming loose. We would like the guttering taken off, the fascia fixed back in place and then the guttering either reinstalled or a new piece installed, including the joint. The length is approximately 3m.
