Minor Roof repair - potential leak (Roskill)
Job description
A part of the roof over the lounge is starting to leak. Some 'bubbles' have started appearing over the ceiling in lounge. Nowhere else. No dripping of water inside the house yet. However, need it to be looked at the earliest & repaired before any further damage by rain. Please txt Saz to organise a quick look. Preferred viewing time - Between 3-6pm.

ABSOLUTE SHOCKER OF A JOB! Sefton quoted my roof at $80 to begin with. Every consective day, the cost kept going up. 4 months later and $480 down, the small leak in cieling opened up again. Tried contacting him several times but he did a runner and never responded back after getting the cash as he knew he did a cr** job and ripped me off! BEWARE - DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY!!
