Builders report found a gap between ridge flashing of the two gabled roofs and the valley flashings. See the second picture for full report description. Job is to fix so that the roofing is complete/watertight in this area. There are a few other minor roof fixes required at the same time - sealant and some missing rivets. House is single story with good access.
