Quote for roofing repair - Corrugated iron; 2bedroom

Hi there, we have done a building inspection report which requires a remedial work on the roof (flashings, missing screws that led to a small leak on the ceiling), the vendors are fixing the ceiling however the roof needs to be repaired to avoid future leaks. The property is a 2 bedroom located in Allenton, Ashburton. If you could get back to me, I can share a copy of the inspection report and you provide me with a quote so we can advise the vendors about the fix cost that would be of great help. Alternatively, you can undertake site visit and provide us with a quote would also work. The settlement will be taking place on 14th April so please consider this as an urgent request.
