Guttering overflowing

In heavy rain my guttering is overflowing I think its not aligned correctly to handle the water. We have owned the house for two years, we have checked blockages , there were none. We are pensioners so cannot do this type of work ourselves. We need advice as it may or may not be an insurance claim.
