Bathroom and Laundry Restructuring

Currently bathroom and toilet is separate and need to combined together and install new shower, bath tub which we don't have, install new vanity, new toilet and fix the all leakage if is there any on floor, ceiling or wall. and comes to laundry remove current laundry tub, find the leakage fix it, make small laundry cabinet including laundry sink, move the toilet to another corner laundry with connected wall bathroom and bathroom toilet. put the vinyl in bathroom, laundry, and kitchen.
