Bathtub Resurfacing

My rental property has a bathtub that needs resurfacing. There are numerous cracks that looks like spiderwebs across the bathtub. I've attached 3 pictures of the problem. The property is in Raumati Beach, if you want to take a look let me know as I will need to arrange the time with the tenant.
